At Goodlife, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion essentials aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then secure it firmly to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
